7th season of Slovak Championship will begins at our South neighbor Hungary. This time the location will not be Eger but Hungarian second largest city of Miskolc, which is located at North, close to the Slovakia. 28-30 March 2014, the last weekend of March, competitors will meet again after winter break. Except points of Championship mentioned, competition for points of FIA Central European Zone Championship, Historic and Rally 2 will take place.
Organizer of the event is Kelet-Autosport Kft. Miskolc, of which Márk Adamovics was cooperated on organizing Salgo-Gemer Rallye 2009 and 2010, rogether with company Laroco Motorsport, which was organizing all Eger Rallye competitions. Slovak part will be held by Auto Klub Kosice.
Supplementary regulations publication was postponed for this year. The reason for this are major changes in organisational structures of Hungarian automobile association MNASZ in February. Organizers but continue with preparations for the ralyy.
Organisators has not easy job to complete the planing, trying to cut the length of race and involve the Prologue in, which is very popular in Miskolc. Prologue attendance is mandatory, results but will not be counted into race.
Road books pickup will start 27th March afternoon, reconnaisance will continue in Friday together with scruitineeringuntil afternoons Prologue. Reconnaisance will be possible also during Saturday and Start is scheduled to Saturdays afternoon.
First cars should hit the Rally Finish around 17:00 Sunday afternoon. SRP programme is not yet completed but also Rallye School can attend the race. Closing date for entries is Monday, 17th March.
